Regional Sales Director

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Director is a field-based sales position that is responsible for the promotion, sales and continuous support of Paradigm’s Next-Generation Sequencing tumor profiling service (PCDx) while achieving sales goals in a compliant manner. We are looking to fill multiple positions in multiple regions, including Southwest, Southeast, and East

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists and health care professionals in offices, hospitals and clinics to promote and support Paradigm’s PCDx service offering.
  • Provide approved messaging and product information to key decision makers and stakeholders within the oncology setting
  • Demonstrates effective territory management and selling competencies
  • Appropriately address customer needs and deliver on sales targets
  • Maintain high knowledge levels of product, competitor and market information
  • Develop ongoing business plans for the territory
  • Complete timely and accurate administrative tasks including call reporting, expense reporting, compliance submissions
  • Represent Paradigm in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • 4 years prior successful oncology sales experience in BioPharma / MolDx
  • Established oncology relationships
  • Understanding of solid tumors & targeted therapies
  • Previous experience selling in a hospital environment a plus
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses and medical staff
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate integrity, flexibility, and strong work ethic
  • Travel required and may include overnights within assigned territory
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license that is in good standing with the State in which it was issued
